Wet Felt Basics - Make a Hand Bag!

Learn all you need to know to get started wet felting while enjoying locally crafted cider! (non alchololic beverage provided for those under 21)

No artistic experience necessary! Find out just how easy wet felting can be!

Wet felting is done using warm water, soap and gentle agitation to bind fibers together; creating a lasting fabric. In this class I will teach you how to layer wool onto a resist and add your own personal decorative touches to create a stunning little hand bag. You'll be provided with all the tools and materials to create the project; including several different colors of wool to choose from to design your finished piece! In addition; your first tasting of hand crafted cider by Wheel Line Cider (or non alcoholic beverage) is included in your tuition.

We require a minimum of 8 participants in order to run this class. No refunds will be offered for cancellation unless request is placed 5 days prior to class or if class must be cancelled due to lack of minimum participants. If this occurs you will receive a full refund of your tuition however, it is transferable should you need someone to take your place.
